On June 30th, Professor Dmytro Komyshev from Ukraine and Professor Zhang Jianjian from Luoyang Institute of Science and Technology visited the Zheng Sai Tengger Geospace Ecological Restoration Innovation Demonstration Base for inspection and exchange. The two experts conducted field visits, carried out detailed research on the base's practical explorations in the field of desert ecological restoration, and laid a solid foundation for follow-up technical exchanges and cooperation.

Chairman Wang Fuzhou of Zheng Sai Group accompanied Ukrainian expert Professor Dmytro Komyshev and Professor Zhang Jianjian of Luoyang Institute of Science and Technology to carry out on-site observation. Chairman Wang gave a detailed introduction to three innovative technologies - the desert breathable, impermeable and anti-freezing ecological fish pond technology, the planting-free desert-to-grassland technology, and the maintenance-free desert tree-planting technology, exploring a brand-new path for the field of desert ecological restoration and sustainable utilization.

Amazingly, despite the extremely arid desert environment around, the wheat planted by Zheng Sai Group at the end of September last year has not been manually irrigated even once, yet it still grows luxuriantly, with a plant height reaching 1.62 meters. What's more surprising is that it not only withstood the category 13 gale from April 11 to 13, but the water content in the sand soil below 10 centimeters from the root surface is astonishingly high—so that it can form a clump when held in the hand. This phenomenon instantly attracted the high attention and strong interest of the experts and professors.

After a day of inspection, Professor Dmytro Komyshev from Ukraine and Professor Zhang Jianjian from Luoyang Institute of Science and Technology highly recognized Zheng Sai Group's result-oriented geospace ecological restoration technologies, as well as water and soil conservation and desertification control technologies. They reached an intention for in-depth cooperation, aiming to promote these technologies globally, which is of great significance for addressing global climate change and human food security issues.
