Huang Xiliang, director of the High Standard Farmland Construction Committee, said: The state attaches great importance to the construction of basic farmland, requiring farmland construction must take into account ecology, durability and economy. Ecological and environmental thinking must be implemented throughout the entire construction process, all projects must be results-oriented, must be realistic.
In the morning, Wang Fuzhou, chairman of Zhengsai Group, reported the geospatial ecological restoration series technology and soil and water conservation and desertification prevention technology of Zhengsai Group to the experts. In particular, Zhengsai's invention of water-saving technology in arid areas and desert areas (70% water saving than traditional drip irrigation) has attracted great attention from experts, which means that future agricultural construction projects can greatly reduce the consumption of groundwater, which is of great significance for ecological protection.
In addition, Wang Fuzhou, chairman of Zhengsai Group, also reported Zhengsai's soil diagenesic technology: in-situ soil is used to make canals and terraced retaining walls and micro-wetland ponds (which can grow grass, resist frost heave, and will not be washed away by heavy rain). This technology has also aroused the interest of experts attending the meeting, that this technology is of great significance for flood control and drought relief.
At the meeting, the participating experts also exchanged questions about the compilation of atlas for the construction of high-standard farmland.
There are also foreign enterprises and institutions online to participate in this meeting, mainly participating countries: Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Pakistan and so on.
In the afternoon, the participating experts went to the demonstration base of flood control and drought relief in Zhengsai to visit the drainage ditch made of soil rocks, the breathable and impermeable pond, the integrated slope of reinforcement and greening and the rice field project of four wilderness lands, and finally to the Yellow River to visit the site of high slope 720 mountain collapse soil rock reconstruction project.
