Recently, Henan Zhengsai Ecological Restoration Technology Co., Ltd. witnessed an important international technical exchange event. From December 25th to 29th, Professors Uldashev Khamza and YKholturaev Sharofiddin from the International University of Green Economy in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, visited the group for a five-day in-depth exchange on ecological restoration technology. This exchange, with technology connection as the link and win-win cooperation as the goal, through multiple discussions, symposiums and on-site inspections, ultimately led to a tripartite cooperation intention between Zhengsai Group, the Central Asian university (International University of Green Economy) and a domestic university (School of Computer Science and Engineering, Xi'an Technological University), injecting new impetus into cross-border collaboration in the field of ecological environmental protection between China and Uzbekistan, and adding practical support to the implementation of the "Belt and Road" green development initiative.

During the exchange period, the two professors first conducted in-depth research on Zhengsai Group's core technology system for earth space ecological restoration, thoroughly understanding the technological research and development process, core advantages, and application effects in multiple domestic river basins. At the same time, Li Zhencheng, Yang Jingdong, leaders and experts of the All-Domain Land Comprehensive Governance Industry Alliance, Ding Zuxuan, the group leader of the National Civilized Demonstration Zone Salt-Alkali Land and Four Wasteland Restoration Project, Cao Yan, the dean of the School of Computer Science and Engineering at Xi'an Technological University, Dong Fengru, the secretary-general of the Henan Province Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Association, Zhou Yunyou, the person in charge of the Organic Restaurant in the Know-Youth Village, and experts such as Tabark, an ecological expert from Sudan, and Tourad, an ecological expert from Mauritania, all attended this exchange activity. Subsequently, the professor team was invited to attend the academic exchange meeting on ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin, co-organized by Zhengsai Group. They engaged in in-depth discussions with domestic experts and scholars in the field of ecological environmental protection. Both sides reached multiple consensus on the cross-border adaptability of ecological governance technologies and the collaborative innovation model of industry-university-research, laying a theoretical foundation for subsequent technical exchanges and cooperation.

To visually verify the practical value and industrialization implementation capacity of the core technologies and solidify the foundation for cooperation, the professor team, accompanied by relevant responsible persons from Zhengsai, conducted on-site visits to multiple core technology application demonstration bases of the group. During the inspection, the professor team focused on inspecting key scenes such as the application site of urban renewal ecological technology, characteristic green building projects, severe saline-alkali land improvement bases, and ecological comprehensive demonstration parks. Through on-site observation, technical Q&A, and data comparison, they comprehensively grasped Zhengsai Group's technological advantages, engineering experience, and industrial operation capabilities in the field of river basin ecological restoration, and highly praised the group's "restoration-production-conservation" integrated ecological governance model.

While deepening technical exchanges, in order to enhance cultural mutual trust between China and Ukraine, the group meticulously arranged special cultural exchange activities. On December 28th, the staff accompanied the professor group to visit and tour the Songshan Shaolin Temple, allowing them to closely experience the profoundness and richness of Shaolin martial arts culture and the deep heritage of Chinese traditional culture.

On December 29th at noon, the group held a tasting banquet featuring desert organic ingredients. Using the self-bred ecological ingredients as the carrier, it showcased the achievements of ecological restoration technology in empowering agricultural development. This further narrowed the gap between the two parties and created a harmonious and pleasant atmosphere conducive to the advancement of cooperation.

On December 29th, the Henan Zheng Sai Xiu Maintenance Technology Co., Ltd., the Forestry Science Research Center of the Central Asia Environment and Climate Change University of Uzbekistan, and the College of Computer Science and Engineering of Xi'an University of Technology signed a cooperation intention letter to jointly establish the China-Uzbekistan Joint Laboratory for Earth Space Ecological Restoration and an Innovation Demonstration Base. This marks that the cross-border cooperation among China and Uzbekistan in the field of ecological and environmental protection, involving research, education and industry, has entered a substantive advancement stage. This cooperation aligns with the green development strategies of both countries, and the three parties will leverage their respective advantages in the industrialization of ecological restoration technologies, green academic research and talent cultivation, as well as unmanned aerial vehicle agricultural precise monitoring and management, to form a synergy.

In the future, the joint laboratories and innovation demonstration bases will serve as the core carriers. We will focus on areas such as desertification control, saline-alkali land improvement, and river basin ecological restoration to conduct joint research and technological transformation. We will deepen the collaborative innovation of industry-university-research-application, promote the sharing of resources, joint research on technologies, and common use of results in the ecological and environmental protection fields of China and Ukraine, providing technical support for improving and enhancing the ecological environment governance of the two countries, and contributing to the green development of the "Belt and Road Initiative".
