The former ambassador of Uzbekistan to China visited Zheng Sai for restoration and jointly painted a green future for the Belt and Road Initiative

Aug 19,2025 43

From July 31 to August 5, 2025, Mr. Milekadel, the first Uzbek Ambassador to China (hereinafter referred to as "Ambassador Milekadel"), visited Henan Zhengsai Repair Technology Co., Ltd. for several days of technical exchanges and investigation activities. Mr. Milekadel studied in China and obtained a Doctor of History degree from Liaoning University. He served as the first special envoy of Uzbekistan to China and is currently the honorary chairman of the Uzbekistan - China Investment/Culture/Tourism Development Promotion Association. This visit to Zhengsai Restoration aims to gain a deeper understanding of Zhengsai Restoration's Earth space ecological restoration technology and explore the possibility of cooperation between the two sides in related fields.

On the morning of July 31st, Mr. Wang, the general manager of Zheng Sai Repair, warmly received Ambassador Mi and his team and gave them a detailed introduction to the company's various core technologies. Among them, soil and water conservation and desertification control technologies are dedicated to improving the land ecological environment through innovative methods, effectively preventing soil erosion, and promoting ecological restoration in desertified areas. The soil-free planting technology for saline-alkali land offers a new approach to solving the agricultural planting problems in saline-alkali land. It enables the healthy growth of crops in saline-alkali land without the need for traditional soil covering operations.

Subsequently, Ambassador Mi visited Zheng Sai's Sky Garden, which fully utilized Zheng Sai's ecological restoration techniques, perfectly integrating green vegetation with buildings. It not only beautifies the environment but also demonstrates the feasibility of applying ecological technologies in urban Spaces.

Ambassador Mi visited several on-site projects of Zheng Sai for observation. In the Zhengsai Slope Protection demonstration area, Ambassador Mi witnessed an innovative re-greening protection technology that can grow grass without being washed away by water. This technology not only ensures the stability of the slope but also achieves ecological greening.

The red mud drainage ditch and red mud sculpture project showcases Zheng Sai's achievements in solid waste utilization. By properly treating and applying industrial waste red mud, not only has environmental pollution been reduced, but also works with practical and artistic value have been created.

The improved planting area on severely saline-alkali land is one of the key focuses of Ambassador Mi. Here, Zheng Sai has successfully achieved the cultivation of crops such as rice and corn, as well as the growth of trees, by applying the saline-alkali land soil-free planting technology. He indicated that Uzbekistan also has a lot of mineral development and hopes that Zhengsai Technology can help them achieve the reuse of solid waste.

On August 1st, Ambassador Mi continued to visit Zheng Sai's prefabricated decoration buildings, rock and soil roads, moisture-proof, anti-seepage and anti-condensation cave dwellings, as well as the high slope protection project of the Yellow River. These projects fully demonstrate Zheng Sai's technological innovation capabilities and engineering practice experience in various fields.

On August 4th, Ambassador Mi attended the Zhengzhou-Saiyan International Forum on Earth Space Ecological Restoration Technology. At the meeting, Ambassador Mi delivered an important speech and stated that Uzbekistan is facing numerous challenges in ecological environment protection and resource development and utilization. Zheng Sai's technology can provide valuable solutions for Uzbekistan.

He hopes to introduce Zheng Sai's advanced technology to Uzbekistan and promote the country's progress in areas such as ecological restoration and agricultural development. During the meeting, Zheng Saixiu signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the relevant institutions represented by Ambassador Mi.

Subsequently, Ambassador Mi visited the Zheng Saitengger Desert Control Base. At the base, Ambassador Mi saw various crops grown in the desert. Ambassador Mi highly affirmed the achievements of the desert control base and participated in the melon opening ceremony of Zhengsai Desert, personally experiencing the joy of harvest brought by desert planting.

On August 5th, Ambassador Mi arrived at the Zheng Saiwuhai Desert Control Base. Here, he once again witnessed the remarkable effect of Zheng Sai's desert control technology in practical application. On the same afternoon, Ambassador Mi visited Zheng Sai's Gobi tree-planting project. This project has achieved a survival rate of over 97% for the trees by adopting advanced planting techniques and maintenance methods.

Ambassador Mi's visit this time has built an important bridge for the cooperation between Zheng Sai Restoration and Uzbekistan in the field of ecological restoration. Through in-depth technical exchanges, on-site investigations and the signing of strategic cooperation agreements, both sides will jointly explore more cooperation opportunities in the future and contribute to promoting global ecological environment protection and sustainable development.
