Zheng Sai showcased its core technologies on the 2025 Cityscape Global stage, contributing to regional ecological development

From November 17th to 20th, 2025, Cityscape Global, the world's leading event in the real estate and construction industry, concluded successfully at the Malam Convention and Exhibition Center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an international platform gathering over 120 countries, more than 550 exhibitors and over 470 industry leaders, this year's exhibition takes "Future Urban Life" as its core theme, focusing on sustainable buildings, ecological governance and innovative technology applications. It has attracted decision-making representatives from global developers, government agencies, investment institutions and other fields to participate. Become an important link for promoting the green transformation of the global construction industry and international cooperation.

Chinese technical expert Zheng Sai was invited to attend this grand event, deeply participating in the core sections and theme forums of the exhibition, and engaging in multi-dimensional technical exchanges with government representatives, large development enterprises and industry technical partners from countries such as Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Egypt. Centering on key issues such as ecological restoration in arid regions and energy conservation in green buildings, Zheng Sai's team shared China's mature technical solutions and practical experiences in desert control and building insulation and heat preservation. The concept of "localization of technology adaptation" they proposed has been widely recognized. During this period, through the customized matching mechanism of the exhibition and one-on-one negotiations, Zheng Sai reached initial cooperation intentions with several international institutions, covering multiple fields such as joint development of desert ecological restoration projects, technology export of rooftop farms, and supply of green building materials, laying a solid foundation for subsequent cross-border cooperation.

After the exhibition, at the invitation of Middle Eastern partners, Zheng Sai and his team conducted on-site inspections of two major types of key project sites. At a desert control demonstration base in Saudi Arabia, Zheng Sai focused on the core pain points of water conservation and water use in deserts and shared new desert control technologies: taking natural forces as the core, through water conservation and seepage reduction technology, it can save 50% to 70% of water compared with traditional drip irrigation, helping deserts to be sustainably transformed into oases. At the same time, ecological solutions such as low-cost transformation of severely saline-alkali land into oases through seawater irrigation, slope greening to resist erosion and frost heaving (to prevent soil erosion), and turning wasteland into fertile fields were promoted, providing new ideas for local geological complexity and water conservation difficulties. At the site of a local rooftop sky garden and farm project, Zheng Sai demonstrated the self-developed heat insulation and heat preservation technology, which has the advantages of being waterproof, moisture-proof and easy to install, and is suitable for the hot and dry climate of the Middle East. In addition, Zheng Sai's team also introduced sustainable building solutions such as low-energy consumption earthquake-resistant prefabricated buildings and the fourth-generation forest buildings (with redundant resilient ecological concepts, waterproofing, thermal insulation and heat preservation, and prefabricated earthquake-resistant design). The related technologies were highly recognized by the project party, and both sides clearly defined the timetable for the next step of cooperation.

This time, Zheng Sai's participation in 2025 Cityscape Global not only built an efficient connection bridge between China's advanced technology and the market demands of the Middle East, but also demonstrated China's technological strength in the fields of ecological governance and green buildings. Through technical exchanges and project practices, it has not only promoted the deepening of international cooperation in areas such as desert control and rooftop farms, but also provided a vivid example for the "Chinese solution" to empower global sustainable development.
