The waterproofing mechanism of RD-10 involves crystallization within the pores of concrete, blocking the passage of moisture and air. RD-10 produces a water-insoluble, hydrophilic crystalline structure that has a high affinity for water. In environments with pressurized water or high humidity, the crystals absorb water, rapidly expand, and obstruct the capillary pores in concrete, thereby preventing moisture penetration. The low-viscosity characteristic of RD-10 allows for deep penetration without forming a membrane or altering the color, while simultaneously providing excellent waterproofing effects.
